currently on Mac OSX downloaded the mac client and have been trying to open it for maybe 10 minutes xD it doesnt seem to want to open, instead choosing to sit in my action bar at the bottom and do nothing. its like the lazy kid in class: i ask a question and he provides no answer.
slight adjustment to my post: it in fact does not do "nothing" as i previously stated. the world client icon bounces as if it were loading, but immediately afterwards goes unresponsive.
I haven't said anything yet because I don't have a mac therefore can't really assist. But I was having the same issue with windows 7 before Siegfre opened up the test to people with a key. I'm not sure what solved it because I downloaded it twice, and unpacked it twice. But I deleted and downloaded the current version and haven't ran into that issue since. Sorry for the headache, it has to be frustrating.
meh, i appreciate the info... so i may just be screwed eh? i guess ill just have to wait and keep downloading until it kills me or i kill myself.
